The year has allowed us to consolidate our rich expertise, which we are increasingly sharing during Webinars and Open Days. Our Youtube channel is now very active on all our expertise !

Our employee shareholders

Employees who so wish become shareholder to breathe new life into the company !
Now a new adventure is about to begin !
Since its creation, more than 60 employees have worked on the company’s development, several of whom were in retraining. They are freelancers with whom we have had the pleasure of working at the service of our clients.
Many trainees have also benefited from the CoPrime framework during their training course.

2019

Extending our partnerships

We are looking for a complete French solution, expert in project management, to meet specific customer needs and to extend our offer.
CoPrime has chosen FoxPlan, an easy-to-use solution, 100% French, with a very powerful datamart and an interesting business model.
We are also working on another quick solution to implement: Planview PPM Pro, combined with Planview ProjectPlace.
All of this allows us to address all of our clients’ issues, regardless of the sector of activity, the company’s functions or the project approach adopted (Cycle V – Waterfall or Agile).

2018

The CoPrime Open Days

1st Open Day: CoPrime shares its advice and experience with all those who are interested!
The Open Day was a huge success with participants, who asked for more: since then, twice a year, a date is set and our clients are present.

2017

Agile … it’s already in our practices !

The world of Agile is ours. The first projects in Agile approach are conducted.

So much has changed since the classic V-cycle, at the same time close to the RAD of the 90’s.

2016

New skills…

Once again, our clients encourage us to develop/structure new skills: setting up of a reporting team.
Many technologies are now dominated :

Jaspersoft, SAP Business Object (BO), Power BI, Tableau, etc. With a strong team to support our clients in the choice of tools as well as in the operational implementation of reports.
We even train our clients on these technologies, in particular Jaspersoft and Power BI, applied to project portfolio management tools.

2015

CoPrime’s reputation is soaring

Already more than 100 different assignments carried out in all sectors of activity (Banking, Insurance/Mutual Insurance, Education, Health, Industry, Telecoms, etc.), all corporate functions (R&D, IT, Operations, etc.).
Technical and functional diagnostics, Project Assessments, project management assistance and project management, implementation of solutions from various publishers, a service centre to ensure continuity of service, and our now famous Chrysalide (form’actions) skills development programmes.

A growing reputation thanks to the quality of the team’s work – what a source of pride!

2014

The CoPrime Universities

And yes, it’s time to share our expertise more openly: creation of CoPrime Universities.
A time for communication, an inter-company time built to discuss best practices.
It’s also a time for prospects to become aware of the right deployment approaches, or even to build their deployment approach.

2013

The creation of the Service Centre (SC)

In addition to the first SaaS implementations, at the request of our clients, we built our service centre (SC). That’s how it happened ! We are always listening to our clients and provide them with the service they expect from us.
A flexible organisation, a scope of services according to your needs, billing adapted to your use.
And all this is made possible by a solid, experienced and stable team at your service !
Since then more than 30 clients, on different technical and functional perimeters, on different solutions, have benefited from it.
The SC, in conjunction with the in-house FabLab, allows us to develop packaged modules to supplement Clarity.
And this is thanks to a team of experts in configuration, XOG, NSQL, SAP BO, Jaspersoft, Power BI development: whether on an OnPremise infrastructure or in SaaS.
The team masters all these technologies !

The team is growing !

The team is strengthened by senior staff, and continues to build its partnership relationships. Many human encounters, all very rich.

2011

Setting up of systems

At the request of our clients and fuelled by the team’s passion, CoPrime is an approach to support change, by setting up the famous Chrysalide, system, which combines Organisation, Process, Methodology and Tools. Finally !
And following the implementation of these systems, the results are there and measurable: real benefits in terms of increased maturity of organisations in terms of project portfolio management, resource management, schedule management, budget management, etc.

CoPrime becomes a Planview partner.

2010

The employees are on board !

After the partners, it is now the first employees who are jointing the adventure of a company without premises ! Then the first marketing events are initiated.

Develop a company alone ?

No! CoPrime is strengthened by the experience and desire of the first partners who wanted to reinvent the relationship between consulting firms and their clients.
What exactly does that mean? The idea was to offer genuine and … humble expertise and build a sincere and lasting relationship. Provide support wherever possible!

And so we listened to our clients in order to build solid offers around project management:

Diagnostic, governance advice, choice of software solution,
Project Management, project management office, project management assistance,
Integration of project portfolio management tools (Broadcom CA Clarity PPM, HP PPM, Primavera, Triskell, Planview, FoxPlan, etc.),
Technical and functional services centre,
Innovative form’action training system combining different approaches.

From the outset, CoPrime became a CA / Broadcom partner for the Clarity solution.
